Am STUFFED! Gorged myself on sashimi and stuff for dinner. Parents bought some sashimi and we had a nice japanese dinner at home. Ate too much, I think. But it's really cool, apart from omelette there was absolutely no oil in my dinner! What say you, eh?
And now I will go exercise and have the glycogen in my body turned to ATP and then broken down into carbon dioxide and water with hopefully minimum amounts of lactic acid! Or something like that.
