新年到了，大扫除！！yesyes that's what i've been up to all morning. cleaning dust off cabinets. and my, are they dirty!
chinese new year's here, and like christmas, it doesnt feel like it. just another average old day except everyone gets really excited and goes "HAPPY NEW YEAR!" when nothing feels new or different at all. and not much exciting stuff's happening. we're going to some parents'-friend's house to spend the evening, and i have to babysit the kids. UGH. what a wonderful way to spend the holiday. im pretty miserable cos my parents dont buy new year treats ie pineapple tarts, bak gua etc. not to mention kuih bangit, that cool white stuff toot brought to school and i more or less gorged myself silly on. im not craving for that as much cos i think i ate too much of it already. but still, i wouldnt mind more, in any case! anyways the reason why they don't buy stuff like that is cos all the stuff is fatty and horribly unhealthy and i guess it is but come on, just this once in the year, heck it!
i finished the remains of the day (finally) yesterday! it's funny but also darn sad. oh yeah, can someone help me choose what i should spend my $20 on?

btw if any of you ever buy bertie bott's every flavour beans, i suggest you DON'T try the sardine flavoured one. or the black pepper one. they're G-R-O-S-S. bleh. but the toasted marshmallow's nice!!
